STRAWBERRY FAT BOMBS – KETO / LOW CARB


I was looking for a quick make Keto cheesecake option and this is ideal. I used blueberries instead. I'm going to try with raspberry and chocolate next time.

INGREDIENTS


  • 4 oz butter, softened
  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 10 strawberries, chopped
  • 1/4 cup powdered erythritol (we use Swerve)

INSTRUCTIONS


  1. Mix all ingredients until blended throughly.
  2. Scoop into balls or spoon into silicon moulds.
  3. Freeze until firm.
  4. Store in the freezer.
