VANILLA OAT PROTEIN SMOOTHIE


This was a super easy, quick breakfast. I did modify the recipe a bit - I halved the amount of oats and added 1/8 cup of vanilla protein powder. I used ground peanuts, so I doubled the amount of peanut butter, and I omitted the maple syrup. 

INGREDIENTS


  • 1 cup almond milk
  • 1 tbsp almond butter
  • 1 frozen banana
  • 2 tbsp vanilla protein powder
  • 1/4 cup oats
  • 1/2 tsp cinnamon
  • Pinch of pink sea salt

INSTRUCTIONS


  1. Add all ingredients to a high-speed blender. Blend until smooth and creamy
  2. Pour into a glass and enjoy immediately.
